Refund policy

Digital files are normally released immediately after payment and cannot be returned like physical goods.

Technical failure

If PayPal captured a payment but no usable download was issued, email support@epochalstock.com with the PayPal order ID and image ID. Access will be restored or the affected order reviewed for refund.
